End of Year Showcase & Potluck Lunch
Thank you for all your support over this past school year. The last day of school will be May 18.
We look forward to the students displaying all that they have learned over their year at the year-end "Gakugeikai," like a talent show. After the talent show, we will have a closing ceremony and then enjoy a potluck lunch all together. We hope the talent show can serve as an opportunity for the students to display all the hard work they have put into studying Japanese language and culture this year. It is an open event and we encourage you to invite other family members, friends, etc. to join us.
The tentative schedule of events for the last day of school are as follows:
9:00 Students arrive at school
9:30 -11:30 Talent show (4 different classes will perform)
11:30 - 12:00 Closing Ceremony
12:00 - 13:30 Potluck Lunch*
*Please bring your own serving utensils, plates, napkins, and beverages.
