1 : Be a Sponsor
Your generosity will help us continue to provide valuable opportunities for the Tucson community to experience not only the Japanese language but also Japanese culture as a way to expand the language ability. You can help us from as little as $20. Your contribution will ensure our students to learn in the excellent learning environment and help us to provide this opportunity to Japanese language program for our community. 2: Donations
We gladly accept any type of donation, including office products, stationery products and books. The most wanted items are Japanese books, dictionaries, or educational material such as Origami, Karuta, etc... If you would like to donate anything else, please contact us! We appreciate your generous contributions!!
Right now we are looking for carry-on size suitcases and a Windows OS laptop for our Mini Library. Please consider donating if you have unwanted items of those.
3: Purchase air tickets
Choose Amnet when you purchase your airline tickets to or from Japan. At the time of your reservation, just inform an Amnet agent that you are an affiliate of Tucson Japanese Language School and that you would like to use the Amnet Assist Program. Your reservation must be made over the phone.

Enrollment for 2025 school year Begins!
We are pleased to announce the reopening of our Japanese division beginner class and the in-person Japanese Cafe for the upcoming school year. If you are interested in programs, we encourage you to review the descriptions or contact us for further information. Please note that the enrollment deadline is Saturday, July 19th, 2025. Tucson Sports Matsuri!
Tucson Japanese Language School & Tucson Japanese Association Present:
Tucson Japanese Sports Matsuri will be held on Sunday, October 27th from 9am to 3pm. All ages are welcome! Free event!
Children's sports events start at 9am
Adults sports events start at 1pm
Please register by Saturday, October 12th if you would like to participate in the sports events or volunteer for the event. https://www.tucsonundokai.org/
There will be Japanese food and snacks for sale and stage performances by Tagawa Trio, K-pop dance group AKDC, and Tucson Yosakoi Club from 12pm to 1pm. Also, there will be Japanese games, activities, and more! We only accept cash to purchase tickets to redeem for food and games.
Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
You are welcome to just come shopping or cheering!
We are looking for people to join us to give our children wonderful experiences at Tucson Japanese Language School as a teacher, an assistant, or a volunteer. No experience is required. However, you need to be able to communicate only in Japanese when you are in the classrooms.
