How to Protect Yourself & Others from COVID-19

 

 

Safety measures of International School of Tucson

 

  • Daily physical check before come to school

  • Handwashing will be regularly enforced

  • Face mask is optional for all the staff, parents, students, and visitors

  • Staggered drop off and pick up time. 

 

 

Our school's administrator will communicate with IST staff and stay informed regarding any changes in school protocols or positive cases in both schools. 

 

 

Safety measures of Tucson Japanese Language School

 

As per Pima County Health Department, we strongly recommend wearing a face covering indoors

Staff

 

  • Monitor our health before they commute to school.

 

Classroom

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before and after the class

  • Keep doors ad windows open to circulate the air in the classrooms

  • Parents will not enter the school unless essential.

 

 

PLEASE, we need your corporation to keep our community safe!

 

At Home

 

  • Monitor the health of household members' daily. 

  • Wash your hands often.

  • Please inform us and stay home for at least 5 days if you test positive for COVID-19.

 

Before you enter the facility

 

  • To prevent congestion at the doors, sign in/out will be in the hallway for drop off and courtyard for pick up. 

  • If you have a fever or COVID-19 related symptoms, we ask you to stay home.  

  • Sanitize your hands or wash your hands before you enter the classrooms.

 

In the facility

  • We may ask you to leave the facility if you can not follow our protocols after warnings from staff.

  • Please visit CDC website to learn how to protect yourself and others, and what do to if you get sick.
